Night Audit 11PM - 7am We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor.
As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours.

Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and guest accounts - Verify and balance entries and records of financial transactions - Prepare reports summarizing daily operations and financial activities - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Provide exceptional guest services, including check-in/check-out procedures - Assist with front desk duties as needed, including answering phones and providing information to guests - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Proficient in computer systems and software used in hotel operations - Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required Join our team as a Night Auditor and be part of an exciting and dynamic hospitality environment.
